DirectSatTV

When on weekends, I love staying with my family and watch movie or just simply bonding with my parents and siblings to have some time together. Of course, as being the only daughter, i see to it that it's not my favor always and instead, give time to understand my brothers and father which has the same likes.

When on TV, the thing that they mostly love is sports and naturally, they are going to look for a sports channel - usually basketball or sometimes racing.

But at this point in time, that would not be a hindrance anymore because NFL Sunday Ticketis now specially designed for all at an affordable price of course!

Aside from this, you can even purchase with it their NFL TV Packagethat has great offers for you!

Remember!you can only get this at DirectTV NFL Sunday Ticketsite. so check them out as early as you can to witness the greatness of this project, their PLUS Offers and finally enjoy it with your family...

Keep fit on a shoestring budget

whoever said physical fitness can only be achieved by enrolling at an upscale gym or boxing classes? think out of the "fitness fad" box and you'll be amazed to discover how many of our daily routine tasks can help us keep fit in a fun and inexpensive way.
here are some useful tips:
  • have a TV workout! - that's right! just tune in an exercise channel on TV and have a blast doing the latest dancercise work out. enjoy this convenient and hassle-free way of keeping fit right in your own home.
  • equip yourself, the cheap way - one you've decided to work out at home, you'll need some exercise equipment. this doesn't mean you'll have to invest and shell out a big sum of money for equipment. canvas for second-hand weights, dumb bells, tread mill, etc. chances are, a couple of friends have the very things you are looking for. who knows maybe they'll just give those untouched, unused, practically new equipment to you for free?
  • walk that stretch - if you drive to work, try parking at a place some distance away from your building or if you take bus get off at a bus stop a kilometer away. walking this distance will invigorate you and jump start your hectic day at work.
  • climb the stairway to health - in this day and age of high rise buildings and skyscrapers, this may be an insanely impractical idea - use the stairs! your office may be located just in the second or third floor so you have no excuse - use the stairs! so what if your office is all the way up the 50th floor? try getting off at the 48th, 47th or even the 45th floor. then you know what to do - use the stairs!.

the gifts of the Holy Spirit

once the Lord gives us the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we can be sure this will remain within us always. unlike material tokens that only enhance our externals, the spiritual gifts become part of our being, our lives.
the gifts of the Holy Spirit enable us to live the Christian life and follow His promptings. these gifts complete and perfect the virtues of the faithful.
here are some seven gifts and how they help us:
  • wisdom - to make wise decisions about important matters.
  • understanding - to understand the real meaning of life.
  • counsel - to advice others in making right decisions.
  • fortitude - the strength to uphold what is right and condemn what is wrong.
  • knowledge - to understand the teachings of God and know our true destiny.
  • piety - to offer true praise and worship to God.
  • fear of the Lord - to keep us from offending God our loving Father.

ulcers not caused by Stress

one myth goes down the drain. inflammation of the stomach (gastritis) and ulceration of the stomach or duodenum (peptic ulcer) are not caused by stress but are infections of the stomach caused by the bacterium Helicobacter pylori.
Robin Warren and Barry Marshall took home the 2005 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for this surprising discovery. Warren, a pathologist from Perth, Australia, noticed small curved bacteria colonizing the lower part of the stomach in about 50% of patients from which biopsies had been taken. he made the important observation that signs of inflammation were always present in the gastric mucosa close to where the bacteria were seen.
Barry Marshall, a young clinical fellow, became interested in Warren's findings and together they made a study of biopsies from 100 patients. after several attempts, Marshall succeeded in cultivating a hitherto unknown bacterial species (later denoted as Helicobacter pylori) from several of these biopsies. their study firmly established that Helicobacter pylori causes more than 90% of duodenal ulcers and up to 80% of gastric ulcers. further studies have shown that patients could be cured from their peptic ulcer disease only when the bacteria were eradicated from the stomach.
