Did you know that going to mass grants you the grace for continual conversion? The Eucharist is not just nourishment for our souls but is also “a remedy to free us from our daily faults and to preserve us from mortal sins,” says the Council of Trent. Other devotions, like reading the Bible, praying the Liturgy of the Hours and the Our Father, and every sincere act of worship or prayer helps revive the spirit of repentance in us, and contributes to the forgiveness of our sins.
